*IMPORTANT - Please note due to the popularity of the course, and small class sizes, deposits will NOT be returned and your place cannot be transferred


  • Suara Sound Academy retains the right to refuse admission to a course, retreat or workshop and fees will not be charged in this case.​

  • Suara Sound Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient applications and fees will be fully refunded in this case.

  • Suara Sound Academy requests all health implications are discussed prior to booking on the course, retreat or workshop. This includes physical, emotional and mental health matters.

  • Suara Sound Academy reserves the right to alter, change or withdraw any of the content of the course, retreat or workshops.

  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safekeeping of all materials and belongings, Suara Sound Academy will not be responsible for the loss or theft of any belongings or materials.

  • Any damage caused either to the property you will be staying in, or to the belongings of others is to be paid for in full.

Refund Policy

If the course, retreat or workshop is cancelled by Suara Sound Academy, the case fees will be fully refunded.

IMPORTANT - One month clear notice needs to be given by email or in writing, however the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and is NON TRANSFERABLE

Course/Retreat/Workshop Payment Information

Courses, Retreats and Workshops fill on a first come, first served basis and so early booking is recommended. A deposit as set out on the booking form is payable upon booking, and the full fee must be paid at least 4 weeks prior commencement of the Course, retreat, workshop, unless otherwise stated by Suara Sound Academy.
