Hello my lovelies....I am delighted to invite the Ambassadors of Sound to the first annual Ambassador of Sound Retreat Gathering at Lady Polhilsa Retreat. Ambassadors trained with me at Suara Sound Academy are welcome to come and Retreat here in a communial gathering of like minded Sound Sisters and Brothers. There will be a seminar and updates of what is happening with Suara Sound Academy.
10am - 4pm
On offer during the day will be Sound Healing workshops, taster sessions and sound journeys with Tibetan Bowls, Tubular Chimes, Tuning forks, Drumming Alchemy, percussion and vocal tuning. This can also count towards your CPD (Continued Personal Development) points. There will be breathwork and movement too and you can pick and chose which you would like to do. A more comprehensive list will be made nearer the time. Swopsie healing with each other will be available too.
6pm - 8pm
In the evening there will be Sound Journeying, Sound Immersions, Vocal Toning and chanting. Weather willing we will have a fire ceremony.
There will be time to Rest, Relax and Restore as well as taking timeout to read, write, or just sit in the many places, listening to the birds in our beautiful garden, or under the trees here. It will be very much in the flow.
Accommodation and Camping:
There is a B and B a few minutes walk away at Polhilsa Farm, which you can book directly. www.polhilsa.co.uk
People may bring their tents to camp in the grounds as there will be no accommodation available in the main house. I will hire in toilets if a few people wish to do this. (A nominal fee will be asked for as a donation for this.)
